Not every carrier is fitting every body type and not every carrier type is actually fitting your expectations.
Find the best fitting one right in the beginning to avoid buying several carriers!
The workshop will take place with a minimum of 3 participants.
The workshop will last approximately 2 hours.
The workshop will take place in a public park like Yoyogi Park or a rental studio between Shinjuku/Harajuku/Azabu Juban. When I got enough bookings I will notify you about the exact place.
Fee: 2500 Yen per person
(if you come as a couple, the couple price will be 4000 Yen)
To be paid in advance via PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank transfer.
Cancellation is free until 24h prior to the workshop.
In case you paid via Paypal or Stripe, I will withhold the initial transaction fee when refunding!
Back Carry Workshop
Come and learn how to carry your baby on your back!
⭐︎Does your baby feel too heavy or too big on your front?
⭐︎Are you looking to have more freedom while keeping your baby close?
⭐︎Do you want to give your pelvic floor and back some love while still carrying your baby?
It's time to switch to your back!
Together, we will work on the method that suits you best for carrying your baby on your back.
We will also discuss the safety aspects of back carrying and how to overcome our need for control (are things okay with our child?).
Prerequisites for Participation
•Your baby is around 6 months old or older.
or
•Your baby can sit independently.
•You have a carrier that allows back carrying from 6 months or earlier.
(in case your baby is over 12 months and you have a Baby Björn, you can participate too, of course)
•Your baby is healthy at the time of the workshop and has no fever (and you are healthy too).
In many cases it is already possible to carry from when baby can hold her head. If this is possible with your baby, please check with me before booking.
